Deadline for Registration: October 31st, 2016.

Registration fees cover dinner on Monday and Tuesday and also lunch on Tuesday.

  • Complete the Registration Form (both sides) and send it, with a cheque, payable to Bay of Quinte Conference, for fees, accommodation, and lunch on October 27th (if desired) to the address on the back of the form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is available for cancellations received by October 21st, 2016. After that date, refunds will be issued only if a replacement registrant is found..

ACCOMMODATION
A discount rate is available at Thriftlodge Kingston (formerly the Peachtree Inn) for those attending the Rural Ministry Symposium. You must book no later than October 31st to get the rate of $75 + tax, and you must ask for the rate for the “Rural Ministry Symposium.” The hotel is located at 1187 Princess Street, about a 15 minute walk to Crossroads United Church.

Space at the Symposium is limited and registrations will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Fees for registrations by telephone or email must be received within one week to confirm registration.
